The Delhi High Court on Friday sent Dabur India Ltd. and Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. to mediation in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on a dispute over toothpaste trade dress. Dabur India had moved the high court alleging that Patanjali Ayurved's Dant Kanti Red toothpaste with pan flavour has a similar trade dress as its product Red toothpaste. Patanjali Ayurved is the parent company of Patanjali Foods Ltd.
