Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.'s total sales, including exports, rose 6.5% on year to 212,251 units in January. This is the highest monthly sales the company has recorded since at least May 2020, according to the data available with Informist. The carmaker's domestic passenger vehicle sales for the month were higher by 4%, and exports and sales to original equipment manufacturers rose 13% and 43%, respectively, Maruti Suzuki said in an exchange filing Saturday.
