Any Budget tax relief mustn't sacrifice hard-won gains, says ICRA economist Aditi Nayar
Any relief to taxpayers in the Union Budget for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) should not come at the cost of "hard-won gains" the government has accrued in widening the tax base, according to Aditi Nayar, rating agency ICRA's chief economist.
