The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has admitted a petition by Shreeji Pharmachem to start insolvency proceedings against Cian Healthcare Ltd, a Pune-based manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical products, for a debt of 11.45 mln rupees. The tribunal appointed Roshen Chordiya as the interim resolution professional of Cian Healthcare to carry out the functions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
