ACC Ltd.'s consolidated revenue and net profit for the quarter ended December got a boost from rise in government grants over the year and reversal of interest charged by tax authorities, which it recognised as earnings in Oct-Dec. The consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter rose 7.3% on year to INR 52.07 billion and net profit surged 103.1% on year to INR 10.92 billion. Analysts had expected a 0.8% on-year rise in consolidated revenue to INR 49.54 billion and a net profit of INR 3.44 billion.
