US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Tuesday held a bilateral meeting with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in Washington, D.C. and emphasised the Trump administration's desire to work with India to advance economic ties and address concerns related to irregular migration, the spokesperson of the US Department of State said.
