--360 One Wam: Current CEO, MD Karan Bhagat to be Vice Chairman, MD from Feb 

MUMBAI – 360 ONE WAM Ltd. Tuesday appointed Aashish Agarwal as the chief executive officer of the 360 ONE WAM Group, effective from Feb. 15, the company said in an exchange filing. The company said current Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Karan Bhagat will be appointed as the vice-chairman and continue as managing director of the group from February.  

"With this appointment, 360 ONE is well positioned to build across all three of its verticals: Wealth Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets," according to the exchange filing. "Specifically, the structure is designed to bring the full 360 ONE ecosystem to every client – the Group's combined capabilities working together for families and institutions alike, so that clients experience the firm as one platform."

For the June quarter, 360 ONE WAM reported a consolidated net profit of INR 3.31 billion on revenue of INR 12.26 billion. Tuesday, its shares closed at INR 1,073.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.1% from Monday.  End
