--Utkarsh Small Fin Bank appoints Manmohan Shetty as CFO effective Saturday

NEW DELHI – The board of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd. has approved the appointment of Manmohan Shetty as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the bank, the lender informed exchanged Saturday. Shetty's appointment is effective from Sept. 19.

Shetty has over two decades of experience across banking, non-banking finance companies, and financial services, the filing said. He will succeed Sarju Kumar Pravin Simaria, who was elevated as Whole time Director in June 2026. Simaria relinquished his responsibilities as the bank's chief financial officer on Jun. 20, ahead of taking charge as whole time director, the bank had said earlier.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank recorded a net loss of INR 339.20 million for the June quarter on a total income of INR 10.02 billion. Friday, shares of the bank ended INR 14.17 on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.9% from the previous close.  End
