ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund sells 36,248 shares in Page Industries

NEW DELHI – ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. Ltd. Thursday said in a filing to exchanges that ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund had sold 36,248 shares in Page Industries Ltd. on Wednesday under various schemes or investment strategies through open market operations. With this, the asset manager's stake in Page Industries has been decreased by more than 2% as compared to 7.09% on Mar. 4, the company said.
The fund has carried out net sales of 257,409 equity shares of the company from the last filing submitted on Mar. 4, as per the exchange filing. For the March quarter, the asset manager's net profit was INR 7.63 billion on revenues of INR 57.65 billion, and the net profit of Page Industries was INR 1.79 billion on revenue of INR 12.53 billion. Thursday, shares of the asset manager and Page Industries closed 1.01% higher and 1.9% lower at INR 3,181.10 and INR 40,615, respectively, on the National Stock Exchange. End
