--Dhanlaxmi Bank appoints Krishnakumar K as CFO for 3 years
MUMBAI – Dhanlaxmi Bank has approved the appointment of Krishnakumar K. as chief financial officer for a period of three years, the bank said in an exchange filing. The bank said it will inform in due course the date when Krishnakumar will take charge.
Krishnakumar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India with 30 years of experience in Federal Bank Ltd. including 22 years in financial reporting and taxation, a department he headed for 12 years. He retired as executive vice-president of Federal Bank. Thereafter, he was chief financial officer of ESAF Financial Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
For the March quarter, Dhanlaxmi Bank reported a net profit of INR 434.9 million on a total income of INR 5.12 billion. Monday, its shares ended at INR 32.12 on the National Stock Exchange, down around 1% from Friday. End
