Oman India sells 1.36 mln shrs in Capital Small Fin Bk via block deal on NSE

MUMBAI – Oman India Joint Investment Fund II--a private equity investment management firm promoted by the sovereign wealth fund of the Sultanate of Oman, and the State Bank of India--sold 1.36 million shares, or 3.65% stake, in Capital Small Finance Bank at INR 270.00 apiece for an aggregate amount of INR 367.89 million through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange Tuesday. Lyptus Punch-Card Fund was the buyer of the stake.
For the March quarter, the bank reported a net profit of INR 400.8 million on a total income of INR 2.99 billion. Tuesday, the shares of the financier closed at INR 273.05 on the National Stock Exchange, up almost 2%. End
