--Angel One appoints Ajit Narayanan as CTO from Mon 

MUMBAI – Angel One Ltd. has appointed Ajit Narayanan as chief technology officer, to be effective from Monday, the company said in an exchange filing Thursday. Narayanan will be part of the senior management team and will report to group Chief Executive Officer Ambarish Kenghe, the company said.

Narayanan has over 25 years of experience in building and scaling consumer and enterprise technology businesses, with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, according to the filing.

Separately, Ravish Sinha, group chief product and technology officer, will transition to an individual technologist role in the office of the group chief executive officer, the company said. 

For the March quarter, Angel One had reported consolidated net profit of INR 3.2 billion on revenues of INR 14.59 billion. At 1245 IST, the company's shares traded nearly 2% higher at INR 340.20 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
