HDB Financial board to consider INR 6-bln fundraising via NCDs Monday

NEW DELHI – The board of HDB Financial Services will meet Monday to consider raising INR 6 billion through non-convertible debentures, the non-banking finance company said Wednesday. The debenture allotment committee meeting will approve the plan, HDB Financial informed exchanges.
This is part of the company's INR 220-billion fundraising plan approved by the board in April 2025 by way of issuance of secured redeemable, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.
HDB Financial Services' net profit for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) was INR 25.44 billion on total revenue of INR 184.30 billion. On Wednesday, shares of the company ended a tad lower at INR 648.45 on the National Stock Exchange. End
