HCL Tech launches AI platform for finance ops on Google Cloud's Gemini

NEW DELHI – HCL Technologies Ltd. Wednesday said it has launched an autonomous finance platform built for use with Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise to automate core finance and accounting operations. The platform cuts manual intervention in finance functions by autonomous execution of workflows across invoice-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial planning and analysis, and record-to-report processes, the company said in an exchange filing.
The platform combines Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise artificial intelligence stack and cloud infrastructure with the company's finance and engineering expertise. It also uses HCL Tech's industry AI solutions to provide domain-trained AI capabilities tailored for enterprise finance operations.
For the March quarter, HCL Technologies reported a consolidated net profit of INR 44.88 billion on revenue of INR 339.81 billion. Wednesday, its shares closed at INR 1,165.20 on the National Stock Exchange, up slightly from Tuesday. End
