RIL to hold 49th AGM on Jun 19 via video conferencing

KOLKATA – Reliance Industries Ltd. Wednesday said the 49th annual general meeting of its shareholders will be held on Jun. 19 through video conferencing or other audiovisual means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the corporate affairs ministry and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
In a notice to the bourses, RIL said it has fixed Jun. 5 as the record date for determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar). Dividend, if declared at the annual general meeting, will be paid within seven days of the meeting. It added that Jun. 12 is the cut-off date to determine the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the notice for the annual general meeting.
For the March quarter, the consolidated net profit of Reliance Industries fell nearly 13% on year to INR 169.71 billion, below analysts' expectations of INR 191.09 billion. The consolidated revenue rose over 12% on year to INR 2.99 trillion, beating expectations of INR 2.82 trillion. Wednesday, its shares closed at INR 1,350.50 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.4% from Tuesday. End
