--NSE IFSC approves Capri Global's $1 bln global medium term note programme
NEW DELHI – Capri Global Capital Ltd. Friday said it has received approval from NSE IFSC Ltd. for the company's $1-billion global medium term note programme.
"The aforesaid GMTN Programme had earlier been established at India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited ("India INX" / "Stock Exchange") on May 19, 2026, and the Company has now submitted the final Offering Circular in connection with the said GMTN Programme with NSE IX," Capri Global said.
Capri Global Capital reported a net profit of INR 2.43 billion for the March quarter, up a little over 53% on year. Its shares closed Friday at INR 190.65 on the National Stock Exchange, up 2.9% from Thursday. End
