--HDB Fincl appoints Natarajan Srinivasan as non-executive chairman for 3 yrs
NEW DELHI – HDB Financial Services Ltd. has appointed Natarajan Srinivasan as a non-executive chairman of the company for three years starting Thursday. He will also be an additional independent director for the three-year period ending May 13, 2029.
Srinivasan has over four decades of experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation. He is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary and has held several senior leadership positions within the Murugappa Group. He was previously the executive vice-chairman and managing director of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd.
For the March quarter, HDB Financial Services reported a net profit of INR 7.51 billion on revenue of INR 47.45 billion. Shares of the company Thursday ended 0.2% higher at INR 676.60 on the National Stock Exchange. End
