RBI OKs Krishna Prasad Nair's reappointment as Suryoday Small Fin Bk chair

NEW DELHI – The Reserve Bank of India has approved the reappointment of Krishna Prasad Nair as non-executive part-time chairman of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd., the lender informed the exchanges Tuesday. The central bank allowed Nair to continue as the chairman for three years ending Jul. 21, 2029.
The bank reported a net profit of INR 497 million for the March quarter and total income of INR 6.92 billion. Shares of the small finance bank Tuesday ended 3.8% lower from Monday at INR 172.64 on the National Stock Exchange. End
