--Capri Global to raise up to $1 bln via global medium term note programme
NEW DELHI – Capri Global Capital Ltd. will raise up to $1 billion through a global medium term note programme, the non-banking finance company informed the stock exchanges Wednesday.
Capri Global's board has authorised the officials concerned of the company to negotiate, finalise, and amend agreements and instruments under the global medium term note programme. The officials will also finalise the issue and allotment of foreign currency bonds, debentures, and any other debt securities approved by the board.
Shares of Capri Global Wednesday closed slightly higher at INR 170.01 on the National Stock Exchange. For the December quarter, it had reported a net profit of INR 2.21 billion on a revenue of INR 9.41 billion. End
