MUMBAI – Housing and Urban Development Corp. Ltd. informed exchanges Monday that its board will meet on Mar. 23 to consider a proposal to pay fourth interim dividend for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) and select the record date. Additionally, the company also plans to approve its annual borrowing programme for FY27 in the meeting.
According to the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed till Mar. 25. HUDCO had fixed its FY26 fundraising plan at INR 800 billion.
The company had reported net profit of INR 7.13 billion for the December quarter on revenue of INR 34.31 billion. On Monday, the company's shares closed 0.34% lower at INR 172.12 on the National Stock Exchange. End
