--LIC extends CFO Sunil Agarwal's tenure for one more year till Mar 1, 2027
NEW DELHI – Life Insurance Corp. of India Ltd. Monday said it has extended the tenure of its Chief Financial Officer Sunil Agarwal till Mar. 1, 2027. Agarwal was scheduled for superannuation on Sunday.
"...the term of Shri Sunil Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer, Life Insurance Corporation of India ("the Corporation") has been extended for a further period of one year, i.e., till March 01, 2027," the company said in an exchange filing.
For the December quarter, LIC reported a net profit of INR 129.58 billion on a net premium income of INR 1.26 trillion. Monday, shares of the company ended at INR 841.95 on the National Stock Exchange, down almost 1% from the previous close. End
