Two promoters sell 5.2% stake in Home First via bulk deals for INR 6.60 bln

MUMBAI – Home First Finance Ltd.'s two promoters Aether (Mauritius) and True North Fund V sold 5.2% stake for INR 6.60 billion at INR 1,190 per share. True North sold around 2.6% stake in Home First in two bulk deals and Aether sold around 2.5% stake. At the end of the December quarter, True North had a 7.5% stake and Aether held a 4.9% stake in the listed company.
At the same time, Pictet - Indian Equities bought 1.7% stake in Home First and Societe Generale bought 0.8% stake in a bulk deal each. Thursday, shares of the company closed at INR 1,177 per share on the National Stock Exchange, down 5.7% from Wednesday. End
