--IRFC board to meet Mar 9 to mull second interim dividend for FY26
MUMBAI – The board of Indian Railway Finance Corp. Ltd. will meet on Mar. 9 to consider paying the second interim dividend for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar). If approved, the record date for the dividend will be Mar. 13, the company said in an exchange filing Thursday. The trading window for dedicated persons will be closed from Feb. 27 till 48 hours after the outcome of the board meeting is declared.
In the current financial year, IRFC had earlier paid an interim dividend of INR 1.05 per share after reporting its earnings for the September quarter. For the December quarter, IRFC had posted a net profit of INR 18.02 billion on revenue of INR 66.61 billion. IRFC's shares ended 1.27% lower Thursday at INR 103.23 on the National Stock Exchange. End
