National Investment and Infra Fund corpus at INR 332.49 bln as on Dec-end

NEW DELHI – The total corpus of National Investment and Infrastructure Fund as of December was INR 332.49 billion, Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary said in a written response to a question in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. The corpus includes contributions from the government, sovereign wealth and other investors, he said.

 

The fund currently has four funds that have invested across 24 entities covering ports and logistics, renewable energy, roads, digital infrastructure, healthcare, e-mobility and manufacturing among others spread across various states and Union territories, he said in his response. For these projects the fund has disbursed INR141.26 billion as of Dec. 31.  

 

National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Ltd. is an investment platform for international and Indian investors, anchored by the government, which manages funds with investments in different asset classes.  End
