HCL Tech to buy Singapore-based wealth mgmt firm Finergic Solutions

MUMBAI – HCL Technologies Ltd. will acquire Finergic Solutions Pte. Ltd., a wealth consulting firm based out of Singapore. The Indian information technology company plans close the transaction by Apr. 30. It did not reveal the amount it may pay to buy the Singapore-based company.
"With Finergic's focused domain expertise, HCLTech is strategically positioned to strengthen its digital services capabilities in wealth management," the company said. For the quarter ended December, the company reported consolidated net profit of INR 40.76 billion and revenue of INR 338.72 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed at INR 1,707 per share on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.2%. End
