NSE, BSE to conduct live trading session on Feb 1 on account of Union Budget

--NSE to conduct live trading session on Feb 1 

--NSE: Market to be open on Feb 1 between 0915 IST and 1530 IST 

 

MUMBAI – The National Stock Exchange and BSE will be open for trading on Feb. 1, which is a Sunday, on account of the Union Budget for the financial year 2026-27 (Apr-Mar). The capital market, including futures and options, will open for normal trading between 0915 IST and 1530 IST. The commodity market will be open between 0900 IST and 1700 IST.

 

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for FY27 in the Lok Sabha on Feb. 1 with her speech to begin at 1100 IST. This will be Sitharaman's ninth Budget, bringing her level with former finance minister P. Chidambaram.  End
