Bookings for M&M's new SUVs cross INR 205 bln by 1400 IST on first day

MUMBAI – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said it has received bookings worth over INR 205 billion, with 93,689 consolidated bookings, for its newest sport utility vehicle models XEV 9S and XUV 7XO till 1400 IST Wednesday. The bookings had opened Wednesday. The company informed the exchanges that delivery of the XEV 9S will begin on Jan 26. Deliveries of the XUV 7XO began Wednesday.
For the September quarter, M&M had reported net profit of INR 45.21 billion on a revenue of INR 350.80 billion. Wednesday, its shares closed 0.3% lower on the National Stock Exchange at INR 3,649.50. End
