Jamnagar refinery not receiving any Russian crude oil cargo, says Reliance Industries

KOLKATA – Reliance Industries Ltd. Tuesday said its Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat has not received any cargo of Russian oil in the past three weeks and the company is not expecting any Russian crude oil deliveries in January. Earlier a news report had claimed that three vessels laden with Russian oil are headed towards Reliance Industries' Jamnagar refinery. 

 

For the quarter ended September, Reliance Industries had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 181.65 billion on a revenue of INR 2.59 trillion.

At 0922 IST, shares of the company were down 3.3% at INR 1,526 on the National Stock Exchange.  End

 

IST, or Indian Standard Time, is five-and-a-half hours ahead of GMT
