NEW DELHI – Housing & Urban Development Corp. Ltd. disbursed INR 155.08 billion as loans in the December quarter, according to provisional figures released by the company. This takes its loan disbursements so far in the financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) to INR 413.47 billion, up 30% on year.
The company's loan sanctions in Oct-Dec were at INR 461.67 billion. For the nine months of FY26 ending December, it sanctioned loans worth INR 1.39 trillion, 51% higher on year. It had sanctioned loans of INR 1.28 trillion in FY25.
HUDCO had reported a net profit of INR 7.10 billion for the September quarter on a revenue of INR 32.19 billion. Wednesday, shares of the company closed 1.9% higher at INR 228.13 on the National Stock Exchange. End
