NEW DELHI – India's services trade surplus narrowed to $17.38 billion in November from $17.44 billion in October, according to data released by the Reserve Bank of India Wednesday. Services exports rose 6.7% on year to $34.26 billion in November and imports fell 2.1% to $16.88 billion. Services exports and imports were at $35.17 billion and $17.73 billion, respectively, in October.

 

The central bank releases provisional monthly data on India's services trade. This data may be revised when the balance-of-payments data are released quarterly. End
