IIFL Finance's board to Monday mull issuing NCDs on private placement basis

NEW DELHI – IIFL Finance Ltd.'s finance committee of the board will meet Monday to consider the issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, the company said in an exchange filing Wednesday.
The company's board in May had approved raising funds up to INR 100 billion by issuance of non-convertible securities on a private placement basis for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar).
On Tuesday, IIFL Finance allotted non-convertible debentures worth INR 650 million on a private placement basis. The date of maturity of the non-convertible debentures is Dec. 18, 2028.
IIFL Finance reported a consolidated net profit of INR 3.76 billion for the September quarter on revenue of INR 33.05 billion. On Wednesday, shares of the company closed 0.6% lower at INR 563.10 on the National Stock Exchange. End
