RBI cancels, withdraws registration certificates of 8 NBFCs in November

NEW DELHI – The Reserve Bank of India in November cancelled the certificates of registrations of four non-banking financial companies and four others surrendered their registrations, the central bank said Thursday.

 

The RBI cancelled the certificate of registration of Gem Investments and Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd., Vistar Financiers Pvt. Ltd., and Ambica Barter Pvt. Ltd. The central bank also cancelled the registration certificate of Shri Lakhavi Financial Services Ltd., whose name was listed as Zenlabs Ethica Ltd. as per the Ministry of Corporate Affaris portal, the RBI said in a release.
 

YG Capital Ltd. surrendered its certificate of registration as the company exited the Non-Banking Financial Institution business, the RBI said. Intell Invofin India Pvt. Ltd. surrendered its certificate of registration as it met the criteria prescribed for unregistered Core Investment Company that do not require registration.

 

Gangotri Commodities and Finvest Pvt. Ltd. and Perkin Dealers Pvt. Ltd. surrendered their certificate of registrations as they ceased to be a legal entity.  End
