MUMBAI - Bajaj Finserv Ltd.'s consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June was INR 27.89 billion, up 30.4% from INR 21.38 billion a year ago. Consolidated revenue for the quarter was INR 354.39 billion, up 12.6% from INR 314.80 billion a year ago. Bajaj Finserv is the holding company of Bajaj Finance Ltd., Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
