Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. on Wednesday reported robust year-on-year growth in total sales for December as most segments exhibited strong growth in despatches. India's largest passenger vehicle maker despatched a total of 178,248 units in December, up 30% from 137,551 units in the year-ago period, but lower than 181,531 units sold in November, according to an exchange filing by the company.
