--Signatureglobal acquires 194.22-acres land parcel in Haryana 

NEW DELHI – SignatureGlobal (India) Ltd. acquired and entered into a collaboration agreement for a 194.22-acre land parcel in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, with an estimated gross development value of INR 55 billion – INR 60 billion, the company said in an exchange filing on Friday.

The transaction will add around 6.77 million square feet of developable area to the company's development pipeline. Of the total land parcel, the company acquired 25 acres through conveyance deeds and entered into collaboration agreements for development of projects on another 169.22 acres.

SignatureGlobal plans to develop an ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project on the land, marking its entry into the Farrukhnagar market in Gurugram West. The company plans a low-density residential development comprising luxury farmhouse villas along with sport, hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle facilities. The land parcel is around a 15-minute drive from the Dwarka Expressway and has connectivity to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway. 
 

For the June quarter, SignatureGlobal (India) reported a consolidated net loss of INR 165.29 million on revenue of INR 5.52 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed at INR 788.85 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.5%.  End
