Raymond arm wins order from defence co with INR 330 mln/yr business potential

NEW DELHI – Raymond Ltd.'s aerospace subsidiary has secured new orders from a leading Indian aerospace and defence major during the quarter, with an annual business potential of about INR 330 million, according to an exchange filing by the company Friday. The orders cover more than 300 part numbers across multiple aircraft applications, with annual volumes exceeding 37,000 components.
Production for the orders will commence progressively across 2026 and 2027. Raymond entered the aerospace and defence components business through the 2023 acquisition of Maini Precision Products Ltd., according to the exchange filing.
For the June quarter, Raymond reported a consolidated net profit of INR 209.9 million on revenues of INR 6.06 billion. Friday, its shares ended at INR 1,002.80 on the National Stock Exchange, up 17.4% from the previous close. End
