MUMBAI - The National Stock Exchange of India is working towards launching its initial public offering by Sept. 18, according to a person familiar with the development. The NSE will keep the IPO open for three working days, he told Informist.
The NSE had received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its draft red herring prospectus last week. In NSE's IPO, existing few institutional and corporate shareholders are offloading nearly 149 million shares. There is no fresh issue of equity shares by the NSE in the IPO. End
