MUMBAI – Adani Enterprises Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. plans to raise funds by selling up to 5.54% stake to several investors including four BlackRock funds and Temasek. Other investors include PI Opportunities fund and Aplpha Wave III, Adani Enterprises said in an exchange filing Wednesday.
Adani Airports will issue the shares only after getting shareholders' approval, the filing said. For the June quarter, the company had reported a consolidated net loss of INR 11.60 billion on revenues of INR 329.24 billion. Tuesday, its shares closed marginally higher at INR 2,953.10 on the National Stock Exchange. End
