MUMBAI – Datamatics Global Services Ltd. Tuesday announced a partnership with a leading US-based pet care company, wherein Datamatics will implement an artificial intelligence-powered voice agent solution to enhance customer experience, streamline service delivery, and improve operational efficiencies, it said in an exchange filing.

The AI-powered voice agent solution is expected to improve response time, simplify appointment and prescription management, and create a scalable customer engagement model for the pet care company. "The solution will automate routine customer interactions, including answering frequently asked questions, appointment scheduling, prescription refill requests, and proactive customer reminders. Leveraging Google Cloud technologies and advanced conversational AI capabilities, the solution is designed to deliver scalable, intelligent, and seamless customer interactions across the client's growing network," as per the filing.

At 1424 IST, shares of Datamatics Global traded over 1% lower at INR 747.05 on the National Stock Exchange. For the June quarter, it had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 723.2 million on revenues of INR 5.14 billion.  End
