Crisil, India Ratings, CARE Ratings assign AAA to M&M Fincl Svcs instruments

NEW DELHI – Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. has received an 'AAA' rating on its instruments from Crisil, India Ratings, and CARE Ratings, the deposit-taking non-banking financial company said Tuesday.
The three rating agencies assigned an 'AAA' rating to its bank loans with a stable outlook. Its fixed deposits, non-convertible debentures, and subordinated debt instruments also received an 'AAA' rating. Crisil and India Ratings also rated the company's commercial paper 'A1+', Mahindra Finance, a part of Mahindra Group, said.
The non-banking financial company's net profit rose nearly 70% on year and around 3% sequentially to INR 8.99 billion for the June quarter. At 1209 IST, shares of the company traded flat at INR 372.50 on the National Stock Exchange. End
