Chalet Hotels acquires 100% stake in Lakeview Mercantile

MUMBAI – Chalet Hotels Ltd. said it Monday acquired a complete stake in Lakeview Mercantile Co. Pvt. Ltd. Lakeview owns a land parcel at Bambolim in Goa, and this land has the potential for a 170-room luxury resort. Chalet Hotels had informed exchanges of its plan to acquire Lakeview on May. 12, 2025, and the cost of this acquisition was INR 1.37 billion.
For the June quarter, Chalet Hotels had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 861.49 million and a total revenue of INR 5.12 billion. At 0945 IST, its shares were over 1% lower, at INR 894.40 on the National Stock Exchange. End
