NEW DELHI – Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd. Monday said its board has fixed Sept. 23 as the record date for the final dividend of INR 0.75 per share for financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar). The final dividend was announced on May 22, according to an exchange filing.
For the June quarter, Hariom Pipe Industries had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 174 million on revenues of INR 4.29 billion. Monday, shares of the company ended 1.7% higher at INR 365.20 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. End
