NEW DELHI – Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. Monday said its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has received a service order from O2 Spaces to provide developer-as-a-service for Morning Mist, a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project has an estimated gross development value of INR 2.8 billion, the company said in an exchange filing. O2 Spaces is a partnership firm under the Vaishnavi Residences Group.
The company's engagement with the project will commence from Sept. 15, for an initial term of 36 months, and extendable on mutual consent. It also provides an estimated material supply opportunity of more than INR 1 billion for ArisInfra, the company said. This partnership covers the developer's share of approximately 200,000 square feet of saleable area, out of the total development size of 330,000 square feet (180 premium residential units) at Morning Mist, as per the company.
Under the engagement, Unitern will act as the project's exclusive developer-as-a-service partner, with responsibilities spanning the entire value chain of the project including, design, project and construction coordination, branding, sales and marketing execution, and customer relationship management and collections. The company will also handle the project's day-to-day operations management, channel partner management, and investor or lender coordination.
"With this engagement, our DaaS (developer-as-a-service) portfolio crosses 2,000 crore (INR 20 billion) in estimated GDV (gross development value), reinforcing the scale and momentum of our DaaS (developer-as-a-service) platform," Ronak Morbia, chairman and managing director of Arisinfra Solutions said, adding that the company remains focused on scaling this asset-light, fee-based model across mid-market developers in Bengaluru and beyond.
For the June quarter, Arisinfra Solutions reported a net profit of INR 200 million on revenue of INR 2.91 billion. Monday, shares of the company ended at INR 126.32 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, down 1.7% from Friday. End
