ASK Automotive JV starts commercial production at Rajasthan unit

MUMBAI – ASK Automotive Ltd. said its joint venture ASK GTD Control Cables Pvt. Ltd. Saturday started commercial production and supply from its Karoli facility in Rajasthan, as per an exchange filing. This joint venture with Germany-based T.D. Holding GMBH was incorporated in September 2025.
The joint venture is focussed on making sunroof control cables and/or helix cables for passenger vehicles. T.D. Holding holds a 51% stake in ASK GTD Control and ASK Automotive 49%.
For the June quarter, ASK Automotive reported a consolidated net profit of INR 851.2 million and total revenue of INR 13.58 billion. At 0926 IST, shares of the company traded over 1% lower at INR 610.20 on the National Stock Exchange. End
