Lemon Tree Hotels signs two properties in Bihar pilgrim city Bodhgaya

NEW DELHI – Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. Friday said it has signed two licence agreements for Lemon Tree Hotel and Keys Select in Bodhgaya, Bihar. Both the properties will be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., according to a press release.
While Lemon Tree Hotel will have 75 rooms, Keys Select will have 70 rooms. Both locations will feature a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room, swimming pool, and fitness centre, the company said. The properties will cater to guests travelling to Bodhgaya for pilgrimage, leisure, business, and other purposes. Currently, Lemon Tree Hotels operates two hotels in Bihar and has three properties in the development pipeline, including these two new signings.
For the June quarter, Lemon Tree Hotels had reported consolidated net profit of INR 460.32 million on revenues of INR 3.45 billion. Friday, its shares ended slightly higher than Thursday at INR 104.95 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. End
