Escorts Kubota launches 6055 Classic Dark Edition, 2 PROMAXX 2.0 models

NEW DELHI – Escorts Kubota Ltd. Wednesday said it has launched the 6055 Classic "Dark Edition" tractor and expanded its PROMAXX range under "PROMAXX 2.0" with two new models. The 6055 Classic Dark Edition is a 55-horsepower tractor and is available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive variants, the company said in an exchange filing.
The PROMAXX 2.0 range comprises the 47 HT PROMAXX and 50 PROMAXX models, available in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive variants. The company said the launches mark three decades of its Farmtrac brand in India. Farmtrac currently spans the 26-60 horsepower range in India.
For the June quarter, Escorts Kubota had reported a net profit of INR 3.87 billion on revenues of INR 31.79 billion. Wednesday, its shares ended at INR 3,019.40 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up slightly from Tuesday. End
