NEW DELHI – Capri Global Capital Ltd.'s management committee Tuesday approved the pricing of its $300 million senior secured notes at a coupon rate of 7.55%, due 2029. These notes will be issued under the company's $1 billion global medium-term note programme. "The Notes are expected to be rated "Ba3" by Moody's and "BB-" by Fitch," it said.
The company has also approved the pricing supplement and subscription agreement and will submit the same to India INX and NSE IFSC for listing, it said in an exchange filing. The committee has also approved the draft pricing supplement and subscription agreement for the issue.
Ratings agency CareEdge Global IFSC Ltd. assigned a 'BB-' rating, with a 'positive' outlook, to Capri Global Capital's $300 million senior secured notes, the latter said in a separate exchange filing.
The funds will be used for various activities permitted by the Reserve Bank of India, such as onward lending, in accordance with the approvals granted by the RBI from time to time in this relation and in accordance with the external commercial borrowing guidelines, the company said.
As of Mar. 31, Capri Global's assets under management were over INR 366 billion. For the June quarter, the company had reported a net profit of INR 3.14 billion on revenue of INR 12.33 billion. At 1025 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 253.55 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.1% from the previous close. End
