--Mphasis signs pact with Japan-based TechnoPro for AI-led transformation
MUMBAI – Mphasis Ltd. has signed an agreement with Japan's largest technology-focused engineering staffing and IT solutions provider, TechnoPro Holdings, to offer artificial intelligence-led solutions in Japan, the company said in an exchange filing Wednesday. Under the agreement, Mphasis will integrate its AI expertise into TechnoPro Holdings' engineering ecosystem.
TechnoPro Holdings will offer Mphasis products to clients across Japan. The companies will focus on system modernisation, improving business processes and decision-making, and advancing engineering capabilities using AI agents. Additionally, TechnoPro Holdings will deploy Mphasis' enterprise agency platform, Mphasis Tria, for its workforce.
"Deploying Mphasis NeoIP and Mphasis Tria will give TechnoPro's engineers automated, AI-driven software-building environments that accelerate delivery at scale," Nitin Rakesh, chief executive officer and managing director of Mphasis, said in a press release.
For the June quarter, Mphasis reported a consolidated net profit of INR 4.90 billion on revenues of INR 43.84 billion. Tuesday, the company's shares closed at INR 2,505.50 on the National Stock Exchange, up 3.2% from the previous close. End
