--CRISIL assigns 'AA' to JM Financial's NCDs worth INR 1 bln; outlook stable
NEW DELHI – JM Financial Ltd. Monday said Crisil Ratings Ltd. has assigned 'AA' rating on its non-convertible debentures worth INR 1 billion. The rating agency has a 'stable' outlook for the debentures, the company said in an exchange filing.
The rating agency has also reaffirmed 'AA' ratings on JM Financial's long-term bank loan facility and commercial paper worth INR 1 billion each, it added.
For the June quarter, JM Financial reported a net profit of INR 2.92 billion on revenues of INR 12.01 billion. Monday, shares of the company ended INR 127.99 on the National Stock Exchange, down 1% from the previous close. End
