Bank of India invites bids to issue international dollar bonds

NEW DELHI – Bank of India Monday invited bids for the selection of joint lead managers for issuing the proposed international dollar bonds under its medium-term note programme, the bank said in a public note. The last date for submission of proposals is Sept. 4 up to 1500 IST.
For the June quarter, the bank had reported a net profit of INR 30.68 billion, up around 36% on year, and total income of INR 225.28 billion. At 1208 IST, its shares were trading slightly lower at INR 142.75 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. End
